Tim oversees the day to day management of our underwriting and claims area. He brings over 20 years' industry knowledge and extensive claims experience to his role.
Tim is responsible for, and plays an active role, ensuring our clients service level agreements are met or exceeded. His work with clients includes individual training solutions, audits and regular reviews, as well as ensuring we keep our clients fully up to date with current trends and practices in the market.
