Mark Crawley - Head of Information Technology
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in both direct assurance and reassurance with knowledge gained from underwriting and claims, customer services and IT business solutions.
He has responsibility for all aspects in the lifecycle of our business and operational solutions. He works closely with all our business units to deliver the systems support needed to ensure we meet our clients’ requirements.
He liaises with all internal divisions and the Group to ensure IT developments keep pace with our business needs and comply with our IT Strategy.
