Jane Eaglen - Company Solicitor
Jane has more than 20 year's industry experience gained within legal departments of direct insurers and more recently reassurance. She has a wide range of knowledge having dealt with legal issues that face the insurance and reinsurance industry covering; mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, litigation, employment law, data protection, property law, debt recovery and insurance law. A particular area of expertise has been gained in disputed income protection claims.
Jane is also involved in the project management of our treaty arrangements from acceptance through to final treaty, this includes liaising directly with clients and working closely with Business Development and other departments to ensure we provide our clients with the highest level of service.
