Caroline Froude - Chief Underwriter & Head of Claims
In her role as Chief Underwriter & Head of Claims Caroline brings more than 20 years’ experience gained in both reassurance and direct life assurance. She is responsible for underwriting and claims utilising sound risk management and excellent business practices to ensure clients gain the best service from HLR UK.
Caroline also participates in a number of underwriting and claims clubs and other forums, making sure we influence future development and remain at the forefront of current underwriting and claims practices.
Caroline plays an essential role as a member of our marketing programme; this includes managing a full client audit plan. She is responsible for interaction with our clients’ underwriting and claims teams, making her the vital link between us and our clients’ chief underwriters. Caroline ensures we deliver and exceed the high service levels our clients expect.
