Elizabeth Pegg - Financial Accountant
Liz joined Hannover in 1998, having previously trained and qualified as a Certified Accountant whilst working in the Accounts Department for a direct life assurer. As Hannover Life Re (UK)’s Financial Accountant she uses her technical skills to manage all operational and development aspects of the management accounting function.
Working closely with the Actuarial Finance and Customer Services teams, she prepares the UK annual financial statements and FSA Returns, as well as preparing USGAAP and IFRS reports for the parent company. She also liaises with the Auditors and UK tax authorities and has certain asset management responsibilities.
