Pauline Wilson - Head of Customer Services BSc (Hons)
Pauline has over 30 years’ experience in life reassurance and heads up our Customer Services area. This covers all aspects of our reassurance administration and technical accounting, including the management, verification and analysis of client data. She is also responsible for the annuity administration service for our annuity clients and their customers.
She puts her business analysis skills to good use in assessing and specifying developments to the department’s operational systems, ensuring they continue evolving to meet the changing needs both of our own business and of our clients.
Pauline plays an important role in our regular marketing programme, working closely with our clients to ensure we set up new arrangements effectively and that our ongoing service runs smoothly for the mutual benefit of both parties.
