Reassurance
- We ensure that new arrangements proceed smoothly from the start, with specific reference to ensuring that data received from clients is appropriate to support the analysis of the risk and the various reporting requirements.
- Technical administration - Our Customer Services Department handles all aspects of reassurance administration. This includes making certain that all arrangements adhere to the treaty terms and conditions.
- Clients receive an excellent service within stated service standards. This is achieved through staff taking ownership of the client and developing as in depth knowledge of the business and the client's operating procedure.
Annuities
- Administration benefits - We provide an excellent third party administration service for our annuity clients and their customers. This includes liasing with the Inland Revenue and other legal bodies.
- Our clients receive a high level of service, including the provision of accounting statements and management information.
- Always ensuring our annuitants receive a first class service including payments made on a timely basis, provision of tax documentation and all enquiries dealt with promptly. Our clients can be confident that their customers are being handled efficiently, with care and consideration.
