The benefits of client services, however, are considerable through the increased competitiveness and profitability we can bring to their business. Our marketing department conveys these benefits in a tangible form through several mediums.

Communication is at the forefront of marketing.  We are the main point of contact for all information that directly or indirectly affects the company. This covers all elements of communication with our clients –  publications, seminars, events, electronic media and PR.

  • Corporate profile – our profile is promoted by careful management of the Hannover Life Re (UK) brand enhancing its value to our clients whenever we interact with them and the industry through a number of mediums; PR, conferences and seminars 
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Our company philosophy ensures we build long term and loyal relationships that provide best value to our clients.
  • Market intelligence - We continually monitor, research and respond to changes within the life and protection industry, researching product developments, market rates and regulation recommending business opportunities and ensuring that we and our clients are at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Seminars – our philosophy as a relationship reassurer is to ensure we keep our clients informed of the latest developments within the market. We organise seminars that are either tailored towards a particular market or to specialists within our client companies keeping them abreast of topical issues.
